Guess what I found on prime? Thatโ€™s a weird movie, man. ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ˜‚
I kinda liked it ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
Watching it at 2 in the morning didn't help any for me. And I can imagine the same living conditions for so many homeless out there today. More homeless than ever. Hopefully there are not any of the Andy Warhol pill popping drug parties but with fentanyl and other more powerful drugs it's probably even worse than the 60's.

Have you read Moby Dick?
I tried. Could not handle it.
So last night I watched a 1956 Gregory Peck version of Moby Dick.
Well done. I truly felt for the whales.
I had to have subtitles on to understand much of the talk.
And now I know where the phrase 'Thar She Blows' comes from.
They'd shout that from the mast when they spotted whales. LOL

I'm going to find a documentary or something else to watch soon.
I like musical artists documentaries and historical people or anything in-between.
Always find something then end up staying up until the wee hours having found yet another. Lol

Watched Mistletoe Ranch and Royal Nanny as there was nothing else to watch. It was a waste of time. In my opinion the stories have been written by a grade 5 student. Both are more like stage dramas in terms of action.
Maybe they are meant to be like that, the typical Hallmark type of movies.

Watched The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar. A short film.
I didn't like it very much. But I guess that with a cast including Benedict Cumberbatch, Ralph Fiennes, Dev Patel, and Ben Kingsley I am obligated to say it's a great movie. lol.

I watched the Charles Shultz story, last night on PBS/American Masters.
What an interesting life he had.
I've been a lifelong fan of Peanuts.
Most of the characters are based on people he knew.

Tonight I'm watching Educating Rita, can't believe I've never seen it before, but sure do remember it being in the theatres back in the day.

I found some of the old 1970s movies of the week that were aired on CBS.
Two that I have saved are ones with both Eve Plumb and Linda Blair portraying troubled teenaged girls.

I saw the Caine Mutiny Courtmarshal the other night, with Keifer Sutherland playing Captain Queeg. Very good, but the best part was that it made me think about who was right and who was wrong, long after the movie was over. Actually, I'm still talking about it.

I need to read the book.
