Thanks, TG.

That's way more than just a trailer. Looks like I can spend some serious time poking around that site! :dizzy:

We saw Yes man - Jim Carey's new one. It was pretty funny! I liked it.

We watched in the past 2 weeks :
Seven Pounds - not what I expected, get some kleenex for sure
Marley & Me - great movie, very funny - but OMG, grab about 10 boxes of kleenex - maybe not suitable for little kids (mine cried like babies - they are 8 & 4)
Bedtime Stories - I really liked this one, but I love Adam Sandler
Ghost Town - Surprisingly very good! Lots of funny spots!

umm, I have no life! LOL When I canceled Blockbuster - the total movies rented last year was 1345. We have had Netflix for 2 months and I have rented 37. I love me a good movie - problem is - there aren't many out there.

Hubby left for FL today so I watched some movies.

Fred Claus - actually pretty good considering I do not like Vince Vauhn

The Day The Earth Stood Still - also pretty good, but I think it could have been better.

Friday night I will be watching Dorothy Mills.

Did you ever see the orginal of the Day the Earth Stood Still? If so this one was a poor knockoff with better special effects. I'm sure you are a little young to remember it though I saw it in the theather when in came out. You might have caught it on TV now.

We watched Overboard with Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell with the kids the other night..... they thought it was great!

It's so fun to watch older movies with them, the ones we've seen 600 times and they are seeing for the first time..... you remember why you loved the movie so much!

Did you see that Ron Howard is currently filming "Angels & Demons"? He was talking about it Bill Maher a couple nights ago.

Yes he is also has a deal to do a movie of the latest book by Dan Brown which hasn't been released yet but the same main character even the with Tom Hanks still playing the guy.

I saw "Doubt" the other day. I thought it was a good movie, Phillip Seymour Hoffman and Meryl Streep both did a great job. Growing up in that era and going to a Catholic school as I did, I could relate to a lot of the content. I thought it was written and directed very well.

And I also saw "Pineapple express". Again relating to a lot of the.....aw who's kidding who-I just like stoner movies-LMAO!!
