Last night was beans and weiners - Bush and Boars Head.

Tonight it’s chicken piccata, risotto, and tiramisu.

It was all good.

I got the night off and Buzz made Philly cheese steaks.
I had mine sans the bread and forgot to take a picture lol

I had tomato soup with croutons and black pepper; and a lump of butter in the middle of the bowl.
Tina had a bologna sandwich. She has no appetite due to her nasty cold.
I had dessert of a mini apple pie from Walmart's.

Cube Steaks today, sweet potato and either salad or coleslaw.

These steaks (I made two) came out great.
Tender just like the last time.
Seared in the pan, then put aside.
I made a sauce like my son Ty does using the original Heinz 57, caramelized onions and a little brown sugar. It's so good.
My sweet potato was bigger than the steak lol
Coleslaw from a bag, just tossed it with avocado dressing.

Busy day at the bakery getting all the Christmas orders prepared so tonight it shall be tacos! That’s easy 😁

The temp timing is off per the recipe - ,or my oven runs too hot.
I'm glad I checked it shortly after uncovering it.
