Chili lime wings from the supermarket.

Turns out they were tequila lime chicken wings, so I bought nuker single sweet potato to go with, and steamed some broccoli too.

Tonight was tuna salad sandwiches and have enough to take to school tomorrow.
Dinner last night was Chinese take-out - egg drop soup and spring rolls.
Chops turned out fine, with Mashed, Sauerkraut and Beets...
^^ oh my goodness! 
I made some curried salmon salad and plopped it on a store bakery croissant.
Also took some Amy's butternut squash soup with me to heat up in the break room microwave.

Pasta w/ Meat Sauce and a Salad
Tonight is up in the air. The Warden has a dinner date with her female co-workers, kind of a Christmas get-together. I declined the invite, as I would have been the only male.......... So I'll probably bring something in, or, seeing as how the temp. will be in the teens by dinner time, I'll let somebody deliver me something, maybe Chinese........

Tonight I'm grilling lamb chops. Safeway had the chops in the 1/2 off section this morning. Cauliflower will be on the side, maybe some mashed potatoes, too.

It's hard to get good Chinese food around here. Most places are Thai, Pho, or teriyaki.

Tonight it's leftover beef shanks in red wine with mashed potatoes.
I am nursing my hand. My left ring finger locked down in a grabbing position and I had to pry it open to straighten it out again. Now I am in screaming pain. I scared the hell out of the cat. She was asleep in my lap and jumped so high I pictured cartoon Sylvester hanging upside down from the ceiling. I'm glad there is leftover pot roast and gravy hub can heat. Canned veg but no carb. I can't flex/bend or grab anything with that hand/finger without making my whole hand explode in firey pain.
