Supper was chili left over from Piggy's Deli. After I ate it, I looked at the lid, and low and behold!! ......... Yep! white fuzz! ... The chili was spicy; so I probably didn't notice it was gone bad. Leme see... since New Years Eve...?? thats, WOW! ... that's 8 day's.

Ah! Ha! ... that's why I have a belly ache! Yep! ...Tina just checked it; she said it's sour!
I never smelled or tasted anything bad. I guess from the many times I burned my tongue and mouth, and shoving it in before cooling; including biting them, I must have killed the taste buds?? Who knows?...

Tonight I fried up a bait of pepper bacon and a batch of pancakes.
I use Snoqualmie Falls pancake mix and the pepper bacon is from
WinCo and quite good.

Thanks Lee. I make them about twice a month during colder weather.
The Griswold griddle does a good job.
Usually I fry up sausage, too, but the day go away from me.

Looks great. As good as...me taking a trip to the basement to get the griddle for tomorrows breakfast of a "stack of wheats".
