I've got my no.2 day of lasagna packed.
Should something look better on the menu, I'll order it.
Peeps....you hit the magic word there. (( 'FOIL' ))I like making my lasagna in the mini loaf pans. I cut the recipe in half, use no boil noodles. Makes 2 servings per pan. You could line the pan with plastic wrap. Build the lasagna then freeze it unbaked. When solid pop out of pan and wrap it in the plastic wrap. Then in foil and store in freezer til you want it. Then unwrap, spray your pan and pop the frozen lasagna back in the loaf pan and bake. That way you don't have to eat leftovers over and over. JMHO
