Today I'll make egg noodles with cream cheese and herbs for lunch.
Last night I made a quick tomato and cuke salad with apple cider vinegar, oil, sugar and mustard seed to chill over night to have as well.
I'll go to Wendy's on my dinner break this evening for that wonderful salad.
Had 2 eggs O/E, toast , bacon, and home fries. Now I'm sick and burping egg fumes. Mommy T just had a slice of bacon, and a Tbs. of potatoes.....
She got sick just watching ME eat. Too Much Grease.....
Have no clue what to make for supper. Maybe a tomato salad. Don't feel like cooking.
There's a restaurant in NOLA called Johnny Sanchez, which is a collaboration between Aaron Sanchez and John Besh. One of their signature items is a meatball taco. The meatballs have roasted poblano peppers, onion and garlic puree plus cotija cheese, as well as some other things. I came up with a copycat version. We had that with an avocado salad tonight.
Tina picked us up sandwiches for supper.
An Italian Sub ( Hoagie ) for me, and Liverwurst on white for the Lady "T"mommy!
I guess I'll eat my little WalMart Apple Pie for dessert!
