Salads - not always the healthiest choice

It always amazes me that restaurants make a salad, one of the healthiest dishes you can have. Lots of fresh vegetables, sometimes fruit, nuts, lean protein. And then they load it up with bacon, too much cheese, sugared things, fried toppings, and a gallon of dressing. They turn a great choice into a 2000 calorie bomb. And... patrons say "I'm just having a salad!"
