1 large head cauliflower, cored and cut into florets
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Generous pinch of salt
Generous pinch black pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place cut up cauliflower, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs into mixing bowl and stir well to combine and coat cauliflower.
Arrange in single layer on baking sheet or baking dish.
Roast until softened and golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
