1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbls. fresh ginger, grated
2 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 orange
OR 1 cup marmalade (reduce honey and sugar)
1 boneless pork shoulder or3-lbs pork loins
Place pork in bottom of crockpot.
Mix other ingredients into a sauce and pour over pork.
Cook on low heat for 8-9 hours or on high heat for 5-6 hours.
Shred meat with two forks and serve hearty rolls to soak up the sauce.
