I only bought them for my friend's restaurant. His chef makes pork black curry, devilled pork, and pork stew from it. I bought 6 kilos of pork fillet for him.

Sure I will. And some photos too when he makes a dish. But it will take a few days as I'll be away from there for a week.
Devilled pork is, generally speaking, you deep fry the pork, and then fry it in tomato sauce with garlic, ginger, pepper, and soy sauce added. Then add curry peppers, tomatoes, and big onions. I'll get the exact recipe and all ingredients when I come back.
