I have always been told it is best to have cats in pairs so that they can have company when you are not at home--otherwise there can be great mischief!! lol

We only have one cat, and she doesn't stir the pot or raise any trouble. Of course, she does everything she can to stay hidden from the dogs, as they won't leave her alone.
