Macaroni Salad
1 lb. Elbow macaroni
½ cup mayonnaise +
3 tbsp. milk +
2 tbsp. vinegar +
½ tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
6 hard boiled eggs
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
1 large cucumber chopped (seeded)
2 large tomatoes
2 Bell peppers (I use one green & one red)
1 lb. Bacon diced
+ indicates a little more may be added to get the desired consistancy.
substitutions on bacon can be ham or genoa salami
I have also added a small can of solid tuna with an extra tbsp of mayo from time to time.
