Last night broiled up some lovely swordfish steaks & served them with an impromptu side of boiled tiny baby yellow potatoes lightly smashed & pan-fried with some butter & extra-virgin olive oil, then tossed with chopped garlic, hot red pepper flakes, & several handfuls of a fresh baby Swiss Chard/chopped kale mixture that our local Wegmans supermarket has started carrying. Great stuff!
