Buzz, I'm near you, and I'm lovin' it!
We're headed up to Michigan next week and I heard the nights are getting down to the 50's & 60's. That means I have to pack ski jackets, boots, mittens, ear warmers, etc. I don't know how I'm gonna get through it!
Everyone, please keep me in your thoughts and send me strength to come through this in one piece.
How much time do you spend outdoors? I play golf at 7:45 AM and it's still hot and sweaty. The wind hasn't blown since my arrival on Monday and we need rain badly.
I've been here eleven years, the first four as a snow bird, the next five year round, and and am now in my second year of SBing again. The one summer pleasure I get in FL is the beach fishing for snook at high tide but that's about it. I find it a lot easier to add a layer of clothing up north than to fight the heat and humidity May 15th through October 31st.
