4 pineapple slices 1/2 inch thick
2 bananas, cut in half
1 peach, pitted and cut in half
2 kiwi, peeled and cut in half
Grand Marnier Sauce
4 oz Grand Marnier liqueur
8 strawberries, cut into small pieces
10 raspberries
3 tbs. unsalted butter
3 tbs. sugar
Heat Grand Marnier in a small pot medium heat until it begins a light simmer, let simmer for 1minute. (be very cautious as the alcohol can easily flare).
Add sugar and berries to the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add butter to sauce and stir until melted.
Carefully taste the sauce; add more sugar if desired.
Prepare the grill and fruit with a spray oil.
Grill fruit pieces on medium heat, just enough to mark. Arrange grilled fruit on platter and pour sauce on top.
Garnish with ice cream.
