Here's a neat little trick I just got from a co-worker.
When you want to easily get all of the juice out of a lemon or lime, freeze it the day before. Once frozen, let it thaw on the counter and you're ready to go.
The freezing of the lemon causes the sacs in the flesh to burst turning the lemon into something of a lemon juice balloon. When you cut into it, the juice easily flows out of the lemon with no squeezing or mashing required.
Pretty cool.
