We had chicken pot pie with the leftover roast chicken from Monday.

I took the easy way out last night - ordered pizza and made salads. And leftover pizza is the Breakfast of Champions!

I made some killer sauseege and peppa subs last night. I have a new trick too. I cut open the rolls and add a layer of provolone then put them under the broiler until melted and toasty, then top with the sausage and peppers. So you get the crunch of the roll, the gooey cheese, the spicy tomato sauce and the savory sauseege. "aaaaahhhh"
