I've got a question for you - I grew about 6 varieties of chilis this past year (all in pots) and one of the harvests of beautiful deep red "super chilis", I strung up and dried. Any good suggestions as to what to do with them? (I'm more of a jalapeno person myself)

I originally dried them to grind, but hadn't done so yet. What type of grinder would you suggest? I don't have one specifically for spices, so maybe purchase another coffee grinder...or...?
Where did you get those Jeff, I've not bought for this year but will this week.
