I don't recall trying any of them, Dog.

What meal are you and med cooking up to go with them?

Beluga and Osetra seem to pair well according to the google! Since " The House of Caviar" is close by and no one in the Eastern European market we bought them at spoke English and I don't speak Russian, that seems to be the safest bet. Just like the Chinese/Asian market we go to, where many things look interesting, but are not labeled in English, we have no clue. If we get lucky, a customer that speaks English will help us out. When looking for the ingredients for the Poke and Dashi, we were lucky enough to have a customer help.

I'll have to make a trip to the Russian store in Federal Way. They have a poppy seed babka like roll that is to die for. I've seen the two pivo middle and right and will get some and sure they are like Cz beer. My favorite Cech beer is Budvar. In Prague I could get a pint bottle for about 40 cents and drink it on the street. Finding a place to pee was the problem.

Our here are so many big Asian stores and most all speak English. I guess we are spoiled.
