Default Baked Broccolie w/ Garlic

This recipe is simply awesome!
Preheat oven to 375
Chop a head of broccoli (rinse & let dry prior to preparing!)
Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic
Put broccoli, garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, and a few shakes of salt and pepper in a ziploc bag.

Shake it up!!

Spread out on baking sheet, place on top rack, and bake for about 30 minutes.

Broccoli will be crunchy and delicious!

Mmmmmm good. This recipe gets 4 stars from me.

This also works if you sub kale for broccoli you get nice crunchy kale chips.
I hope I can be as good a person as my dog thinks I am.

My mother always told me - "You can catch more flies with sugar than you can with vinegar."

A hug is a great gift. One size fits all and it is easy to exchange.
