Default Does anyone here use Lactaids ?

I just started trying them out and I'm wondering how long they last. Like, if I eat yogurt at 1 PM and want a string cheese at 4 PM, am I "covered"?

Thanks.

Sorry, chocolate, I'm not familiar with them.

Is it a medicine you take for lactose intolerance?
