8 small chicken breasts, boned
1/4 lb dried beef
4 slices bacon, cut in half
1/4 c sliced fresh or canned mushrooms, drained
1 pt sour cream
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley (optional)
hop dried beef and arrange in bottom of a flat buttered baking dish. Place chicken breasts on beef, skin side up. Place 1/2 strip bacon over each breast. Mix mushrooms and sour cream. Pour over chicken, bacon and beef. Bake uncovered for about 1 1/2 hours in 300F oven. Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serves 8
