Mushrooms Paprikash

4 c. uncooked egg noodles
1 T butter
16 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
4 t paprika
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 c sour cream
1/4 c milk
2 t dill weed
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

1. Cook and drain noodles according to package directions.
2. While noodles are cooking,melt butter in skillet- sautee mushrooms,garlic, paprika,salt and pepper until mushrooms are tender and most of the liquid has evaporated.
3.Mix sour cream, milk and dill weed. Stir into mushroom mixture;cooking til hot.
Pour mixture over noodles.
Toss with cheese until well coated.

This is really different and sounds great!! Thanks for posting this. I can make this as a new meatless dish for Lent. I love mushrooms and cheese and sour cream and...........
