Cucumber & Dill Salad

This is a low calorie and low sodium dish that still has a great taste. :thumb:

1 cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds
1 tablespoon cider vinegar (must be cider based)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Sea salt and pepper


In a medium bowl, toss together cucumber, vinegar and dill. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
