STEWED ONIONS
Ingredients:
26 to 30 small, white boiling onions
1/2 stick of butter
1 can Beef Consommé (not bouillon)
1 Tbl worcestershire


Peel onions - saute' in melted butter in a large skillet until lightly browned.
Place the onions in a saucepan and add the beef consommé.​
Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.
Season to taste and serve.
