okay, this was good. The pork was freaking tender. Didn't need a knife either, lol
son didn't care for the salsa, said it tasted like apple guacamole, lol

1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound pork tenderloin
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 can (4 ounces) diced mild green chiles
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt

I actually had a 4lb tenderloin and used a pork rub that I got in the mail that was awesome

Wrapped in foil and stuck in the grill for about 4 hours until it was 165 internal.

salsa: mix the apples, chilies, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic, oregano and salt in a bowl. Spoon on plate or on each serving of pork.

My God, that is awesome, Stacy!
That's all you need to do to cook a pork loin, rub it and wrap it in foil? It looks so juicy and tender.... I'm going to be doing this as well. Including the salsa, which sounds fantastic.

thank you LS! It was good. Boys made a sandwich for lunch with it and said it's still as juicy as it was last night.
