Chicken Spaghetti II

1 lb dry spaghetti, cooked
1 1/2 c cooked chicken
1 1/2 c chopped celery or broccoli
1/2 c thinly sliced carrots
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
1/2 can sliced ripe olives (optional)
1 can mushrooms, drained (optional)
1 1/2 c crushed potato or tortilla chips

Layer spaghetti on bottom of large greased baking pan. Mix all other ingredients together (except cheese and chips) and spoon onto spaghetti. Spread cheese on top, then sprinkle crushed chips over cheese. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes.

Vegetables will be crunchy.
