Well, they were pretty good, as store-bought ravioli goes, but I was hoping for a much bolder gorgonzola flavor. I bet VeraBlue could make some that would knock my socks off!
I made a brown-butter and fresh sage sauce for them.
Served with carrots (butter, fresh sage, a splash of balsamic, few grates of nutmeg) and fresh tomatoes.
