curried chix salad

-steamed chix breast (season with seasalt & pepper, sage powder , etc.)
-english cucumber, peeled, small dice (1/4x1/4x1/4)
-mayonnaise (not whip!)
-green curry paste
-fresh cracked balck peper
-seasalt

cube cooked chix; throw into blender without the cuke. blend quickly to mix. scoop into bowl; fold in cucumber.
adjust seasoning. may sprinkle with paprika. great with wht. bread or cracker assortment.
