Nice story in tomorrow's Los Angeles Times Food Section (they've moved it back to Thursdays) on chili. Here's the link:

Anyone ever red the book “Bowl Of Red” by Frank X. Tolbert. Tells you every thing you need to know about chili and more…… Good reading…..
