Thank you all! I did indeed have a wonderful day. DD couldn't make it yesterday so she and her DH are coming down to take me out to lunch. So the Birthday celebration continues :lol:...........

Thanks Jim and Mama. Mama the only thing special tonight will be served shortly. A 2 1/2 lb Maine lobster steamed with the tail smothered in a roasted garlic/lemon butter as will the rib eye steak and the baked potato with all the fixings. Then later who knows what the wife has in mind. :mrgreen:

The local Meijer's sells 1 1/2 lb live lobster pretty regularly however if one wants a bigger size such as 2 - 5 lb it requires a special order. My wife orders me a 2 - 3 lb every year about a week before my birthday and picks it up the morning off it. They have yet to let us down in the 10 years or so we have been in Lexington either.
