Actually looking at it again - it might one my boys will go for - they are not that keen on Mexican chilli.

I don't see why chili can't have potatoes in it. Hee-hee! This sounds yummy & reminds me of the Goulash(sp?) my grandmother used to make. Gonna give it a shot before the weather gets too warm.
