I don't have the recipe in front of me at the moment (will look tomorrow), but believe it or not, Martha Stewart has a really good one. And I cook a lot of Thai food.

I've had A Taste of Thai's cook booklets for years, & enjoyed the few dishes I did try. Don't have time to type out the recipe, but you can find it on their site (below). The ingredients listed in their soup base mix, are reminiscent of the flavors I've had at Thai restaurants. You can add the straw mushrooms & garnish w/ cilantro (or mint) & add lime juice, to taste. Enjoy!
