Simple Grilled Baby Squash

4-6 small yellow squash
butter
salt and pepper
Dried Thyme

First pick out some small yellow squash the smaller the better.
Cut in half long ways and dig out all the seeds with a spoon.
Pull out an 8 or 9 inch sheet of foil for each squash.
Take one squash (both halves) and replace the seeds with a good tablespoon of butter, Thyme to taste, and salt and pepper to taste.
Put the two halves back together and roll up into a foil pouch. Repeat with other squash.
Place on the grill set on the lowest setting and cook for about 45 minutes or until the squash is soft. Turn the squash now and then during cooking.
