Chanterelles, Eggs and Orzo

I went mushrooming for the first time last week. It's still early, and I only got a handful of mushrooms.

I sliced and dehydrated the few boletes I got, but the chanterelles are best used fresh.

Sauteed them in a little butter, mixed in a couple of beaten eggs, and tossed the scrambled egg mixture with reheated leftover orzo.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I put just a pinch of shredded parm cheese on top (didn't want to overwhelm the delicate flavor of the chanterelles).
