Lo-carb Reuben

1/2 pound hamburger patty - grilled or broiled, not pan fried
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1 slice Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise mixed with 1 teaspoon ketchup

Grill or broil hamburger until done.

Heat sauerkraut with a small pat of butter on top.

Remove burger, top with slice of cheese, then hot kraut. Use the mayo mixture for dipping.
