PINEAPPLE PIE (no-bake)
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. cold water
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Whites of 3 eggs
Mix above ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick, stirring often; cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold together with the filling.
Pour into prepared pie shell; refrigerate a while, then top with whipped cream and serve.
