Flat Bread Pizzas

Here's some pizzas I made yesterday using Middle Eastern Flatbread from Trader Joes (just opened near us). We setup all our mise then just had to decide how to top them. Put them in a 450 oven on a pizza stone for like 7 minutes.

From top right going clockwise:

1/2 and 1/2 that the DW made: tomato, mushroom and pesto on one side, peppers, capers and prosciutto on the other.

Second is a calamatta hummis base with chopped olives, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and rosemary.

For the third pizza I made a chile flake, garlic and shallot infused olive oil as a base with prosciutto and parmesan.

Last is a pesto base with sausage, peppers and mushroom with parmesan.

I also made a infused oil, olive, artichike and brie pizza.

But my favorite was the oilive, artichoke, sun dried tomato

Wow, that would be a great idea for a party...let everyone make their own. Thanks for sharing them with us. They ALL look delicious. It would be hard to stop.

:thumb: I'm liking the artichoke and sun dried tomatoes!

here's my version of artichoke and sun-dried tomato pizza done in a 600°F oven on the pizza stone using sourdough bread dough.
