This was FANTASTIC!!!
I had four gigantic chicken breasts, so I cut them in half, marinating them for 4 hours and grilling them all.
I used half of them for the recipe as written (except I omitted the pea shoots which were $7 a bag!) and we LOVED it!
I had a second 14 oz. bag of Asian egg noodles and half of the chicken left over, so I made a second batch, but using broccoli and mushrooms. GREAT!
Tastes as good as Chinese take-out!
Served with smashed radishes (I think the cashier at the Asian market forgot to put my English cuke in my bag, so I just had the rads. Which were excellent!) http://www.netcookingtalk.com/forums/showpost.php?p=33599&postcount=7
