Welcome Tally.. not such a healthy cook myself but I try when I can to be at least nutritious... full fat dairy is pretty much my downfall in the health arena.

Welcome Tally. I'm also on FF but will remain anonymous (except for those who already know who I am). I'm slightly opinionated over there, and my evil twin comes out too often.:lol::lol: I don't necessarily cook real healthy, but I do cook tasty. Oh, and stay away from these nasty things...

Thanks for the birthday wishes.

I spent the day preparing for the next trip around the sun. The last one was quite eventful, hope the upcoming trip is a little calmer.


Got several cakes on FF. Here's a special one from Ironman. I'm REALLY enjoying it!

It's short some candles. The fire marshal wouldn't let us light all 63 at the same time.

Hi everyone, I'm Alex. I've been a chef for about 10 years now starting at 16. I went to culinary school but new most of it from on the job training. Anyway, I love it. I don't see myself getting out of it anytime soon.

If you don't go total bottom end of grills ($100 range) you should be ok. I'd also get a recognizable name brand. Really all ya need is some good consistent heat and a metal rack to lay the food on.
