Boneless country style this time. DH brought home 3 lbs and said find something.... dry rub.... he doesnt care for bbq sauce. :huh:

Country style ribs are really pork shoulder cut into approximately rib size pieces. I usually braise them in water and herbs. Then I sauce them, and put them under the broiler for a few minutes.

Maybe you could do a teriaki sauce, or sweet mustard instead of barbecue sauce...
