Balsamic and Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Made this last night and loved it!

The key is to hold the stem of the cauliflower and slice down, so the slices have flat surfaces which brown where they have contact with the sheet.

Nice change!

This sounds really good QSis, but then I love balsamic vinegar so many ways. I also love almost any vegetable too.

Oh yum yum yum yum! That look wonderful!! I really need to get the stuff for this esp. the roast!! Looks perfect! And you cant go wrong with roasted cauliflower or broccoli!!
