Chicken Stock/Broth
Canned tomato
Fresh Garlic
Olive oil

I will add as I think of new stuff or find new stuff I should have on hand all the time. OK, I know Beer and booze are optional but I have to have standards.

Bacon - I keep it in the freezer and use it mainly for seasoning peas and such or for BLT's.

All kinds of dry pasta, canned tomato products, rice, Knorr's sauce mixes

I just recently started keeping powdered milk on hand, for cooking only.

Onions, I can't cook without them :).

Ramen noodles, I can't live without them .
