1 head of broccoli
1 red bell pepper
1 red onion
2 large carrots
2 packages of Philly Cream Cheese-softened
2 generous pinches of dill weed
salt and pepper to taste
Grate all the vegetables in a large bowl.
Add cream cheese, salt and pepper and dill.
Blend until smooth.
Spread on a good toasted whole grain bread.
