Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and cocoa. Put aside. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, beat until thick. Add oil and vanilla. beat well. Mix in zucchinik coconut, and chocolate chips. Add dry ingredients. Blend well. Put into bread pans. bake until done, about 50 minutes. Let cool in pans before putting onto cooling rack.
