I just put a gluten free pumpkin bread in the oven, a test loaf, used A Taste of Home recipe, and subbed GF for all purpose. I’m using Bobs Red Mill one for one flour. I have the oven on convection and will cut back the time.....
So thought the bread was done and turned off oven, it wasn't done, turned oven back on but to convention broil.... smoke alarm then went off and burned top of bread. We cut the burn off and it tastes just fine. I made another one to take to church and did not use convention and it came out just right.
