No-Knead Bread Variations
From the Kitchen of Joe Valencic

No-Knead Italian Herb ~ Add 2T of mixed Italian herbs to base recipe.

No-Knead Flax Seed ~ Add 1/4 C flax seeds to base recipe.

No-Knead Dakota~ Add 1/2 C Kings Diet Trail Mix (no chocolate in mix) to base recipe.

No-Knead Craisin-Raisin ~ Add 1/4 C craisins & 1/4 C raisins to base recipe.

No-Knead Rye ~ Follow basic no-knead recipe method.

3/4C Dark rye flour
2 1/4 C All purpose flour
3/8t Instant Yeast
1 1/2 t Salt
13 oz. Water

No-Knead Wheat ~ Follow basic no-knead recipe method.

3/4C Whole wheat flour
2 1/4 C All purpose flour
3/8t Instant Yeast
1 1/2 t Salt
13 oz. Water

No-Knead Flax Seed

I baked 4 loaves of Italian last Saturday night. I'm working 7 days trying to get caught up from my vacation (this is always a curse for me), so there's little time to bake. I made enought to cover us for a week. Hopefully I'll be able to bake Saturday or Sunday evening.

Oops, I guess I bought the wrong thing, Joe. I bought milled ground flax seed--Bob's Red Meal brand. I had wanted to make your flax seed bread. I guess I shall have to find another use for it and go and buy the flax seed.
