Here is an easy recipe that one of the gals brought into work last week.

Even though I am not big on desserts or sweets, this thing hit the spot.
--
2 cans of Pillsbury crescent rolls
thinly sliced fresh peaches and strawberries
Sugar

-Remove crescent rolls from cans and lay side by side on large baking sheet.
-With fingers, press together along perforations to form one large piece (don't press it too thin)
-Lay fruit onto dough, leaving about 1 1/2 inches all around edges.
-Sprinkle lightly with sugar.

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
(or leave off the sugar and sprinkle with confectioners sugar after baking, or make a simple vanilla cream icing and drizzle on)

Whoa, Sass, you were reading my mind!

Earlier today, I was wondering if I could find a REALLY EASY dessert using fresh blueberries.

I do believe this would be it!

Thanks a million!

I do something similar - take the crescent rolls and any kind of fruit preserves. Separate the rolls, put a tablespoon or so of preserves on the large end, and roll up. Bake as usual. Makes a yummy breakfast or dessert.
