Yet another recipe for zuks that get over grown!

Cut the squash into ecen size chunks, quarter, then seed. Slice the seeded pieces into small even wedges about 1/2" thick at the skin side. Blanch in boiling, salted water for 3 - 4 minutes and shock in an ice water bath. Drain and pat dry. Arrange on a baking sheet in neat rows so that th fingers of squash are touching. No gaps please! Brush lightly with melted butter <thinking odf adding crushed garlic to the butter next time> then generously sprinkle with grated parmesan and place under broiler for 7 - 10 minutes or until cheese starts to brown slightly.
